This northern part of Berlin is characterised by very popular residential areas, parks and a mixture of small-scale residential and commercial units, shops, and a wide range of restaurants, clubs, pubs and cafes. It is particularly popular with young families. “Schönhauser Allee”, the lively and popular main road in Prenzlauer Berg, is considered to be the backbone of the district. The neighbourhood leaves nothing to be desired.
“Prenzlauer Berg” has experienced an incredible renaissance in the past couple of years and has become extremely popular with young media workers, artists, writers and all sorts of creative minded people. All-in-all, it is a very good neighbourhood with a high concentration of renovated buildings and a good population mix.
This location offers excellent and convenient access to public transportation. All airports, the main train station and the most important motorway connections are within easy reach, either by car or with public transportation.
Kopenhagener Strasse is a very quiet side street leading up to Schönhauser Allee. The property itself is located at the west end of the street in close proximity to the Mauerpark. This section of Kopenhagener Strasse is very quiet because it comes to a dead end.

There are a lot of nursery’s and a primary school in the immediate neighbourhood. Lots of possibilities for sport activities, arts and culture and a wide range of culinary highlights complete the offer of leisure opportunities. The plot self is situated in between the S-Bahn Station Gleisdreieck and the S/U-Bahn Station Schönhauser Allee. From there you will be in 20 minutes at the Alexanderplatz. The S-Bahn offers excellent access to the Ring-Bahn (S-Bahn) around Berlin.
